Everything you need to register for and participate in Canadian Cheer Brands events.
Prior to attending an event, please take the time to read the following:
Event Registration
To register for Canadian Cheer Brands events, log in or create an account on our online registration site. The head coach or registering administrator can use the online system to review athlete waiver clearance, invoices, and payment status.
Athlete Waiver
Every registered athlete must submit a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before their first event of the season. Only one waiver is required per competitive season.
Each registered athlete’s guardian will receive the waiver by email with the subject line “Producer Document Signature Required for [ATHLETE NAME]” from noreply@cheerreplay.com. Through Themis, gym administrators can monitor completion and resend athlete waivers as needed.
Coaches’ Honour Code and Gym Attestation
The Coaches’ Honour Code only needs to be signed by one coach per program. Please complete it before the event.
A Gym Attestation must be signed by the Gym Owner and submitted to abbey@canadiancheer.com before each event attended. It must list all coaches, gym owners, and administrators attending the event who have a Vulnerable Sector Check on file with the gym. Coaches under 18 do not require a VSC, but should be listed and marked with an asterisk (*).

We encourage you to send videos of questionable skills before your event to receive an official ruling. The skill performed at the event must be performed exactly as it appears in the video for a ruling to be overturned.
For skill approval or help with skill legalities, email s.derosa@canadiancheer.com. For an official ruling, email cheer.rules@iasfworlds.com. Prop approval must be received from the IASF before the event.
When requesting an official ruling from the IASF, include:
• In the subject line: your program name and country.
• In the body: the team’s division, level, and the area for which you are seeking a ruling (for example, Stunts – U8 L2 Stunts or U12 L3 Pyramids).
• Submit only one video of the same section at a time. Multiple videos will not be reviewed.
• Submit the skill video as a true attachment.
• Do not submit iCloud, YouTube, or other online video links; the video must be attachable to the reply.
• Rulings are based on the skill as performed in the video and do not guarantee legality if the skill is performed differently at the live event.
